Rust and Colors
A rusty old chevy truck

I noticed this rusty old chevy truck and took a dozen pictures. We do not have that many chevy trucks in Belgium, not to mention old rusty ones.

The pictures proved even more colorful than I had hoped for: rusty old metal produce a rich set of colors, as I learned with those pictures rusty chrome looks even better.

Of all the pictures of the truck this one was the most disappointing: I liked the composition and the old chromes but the green body of the truck was dull. I thought I would post another photo and use this one to experiment with Photoshop special effects. Eventually I like the result so much that I choose to post this one instead.

Post-processing required changing the color of the truck, applying the Sumi-e brush and other color effects.
