I've discovered another benefits of the digital camera: instant replay. Claire (my goddaughter, in case you're curious) was very nervous. I took a few pictures and
gradually got her to quiet down and accept the camera as non-threatening. Eventually she started playing games with me and the camera.
Photographers have long used Polaroid to build confidence with the suject (it's hard to get a good pic if the subject feels threatened)
and the digital camera LCD screen is a better alternative.
I post-processed the photo with Adobe Photoshop Elements. Post-processing was mostly cropping to the old 3:2 ratio and improving the colors.
